IT Service Desk Analyst L1 Company Name: Kforce Our client is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst in Shelton, connecticut (CT). This role will temporarily supporting the existing Service Desk Team for a period of 3 months. There is a possibility to go permanent after that. 40h/week. Must be able to work Monday- Friday 8am to 8pm, one Saturday per month 9am to 5pm. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide 1st line technical support to office and retail end users Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support.
