Network Engineer (Connecticut)
Global manufacturer is looking for a Network Engineer with 3
years of professional experience for their Shelton, CT tech center.
This is a hybrid (3 days/week onsite) opportunity.
The Network Engineer will help design and implement network configurations, troubleshoot performance issues, outages, and assist with network monitoring.
Skills preferred Cisco routing and switching, firepower firewalls, wireless networks, DMVPN, dynamic routing protocols EIGRP/BGP.
Azure networking experience.
Ability to utilize industry-standard monitoring tools to proactively identify and address network performance issues.
SolarWinds, Centreon, Cisco Prime/DNA center.
Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Willingness to take ownership over assigned tasks and capable of driving large projects to a successful completion.
Strong documentation skills.
