Crosby Commons.
Purpose:
Serves as initial point of contact for all persons entering or calling Crosby Commons.
Responsibilities:
Greet all community visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
Answer telephone in a courteous manner, greet and direct calls appropriately.
Perform clerical duties and provide administrative assistance as needed.
Acts as a central source of information for residents and handling all resident needs and questions.
Tracking resident out of house status, managing resident meal checklist and keep record of resident deliveries.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
1.
5 years of reception/administrative experience.
Testing:
Pre-placement drug test required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to read, write speak and understand English.
Must have prior customer service experience.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Must be able to relate to elderly in a dignified manner and to a medical staff in a professional manner.
Must be able to communicate effectively with a diversified public.
Must have experience in Microsoft word and excel.
