Job Description Following a recent acquisition, our client is looking for a program manager with change management experience to help coordinate integration of the acquired company into the Ethics and Compliance Programs.
You will be working closely with Ethics and Global Compliance team and the Integration Management team.
The position is temporary with an estimated assignment length of 8-12 months.
Work can be conducted remotely from the US east coast with occasional travel to office in the Washington DC area and/or New York may be required.
Responsibilities On behalf of the Ethics and Compliance Integration Workstream, work with cross-functional integration teams on coordinating integration tasks and ensuring all interdependencies with other workstreams are properly identified, documented and monitored.
Serve as a liaison between the Workstream and other workstreams with dependencies Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of the integration plan in the project management tool (Monday.
com), identify dependencies and risks to completion and ensure all tasks are completed according to the schedule.
Proactively identify risks and roadblocks and work with the broader team to resolve them.
Prepare periodic status updates to the integration team and leadership.
Assist with drafting communication on Ethics and Compliance topics to the broader employee group and organizing materials that will presented to them as they are onboarded to the Ethics and Compliance Program Provide day-to-day logistical support, including assisting in coordinating onsite trainings sessions and tracking completion of training/attestation requirements, scheduling meetings, providing status updates, updating project trackers, etc.
Skills and Requirements Preferred university studies/degree in Business, Finance, Law, or International Affairs (or related discipline).
PMP or PMI certification is a plus.
5-7 years of experience with project management.
Prior experience with Ethics and Compliance and/or organizational change management projects highly desirable.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Familiarity with Monday.
com is a plus.
