Typical Educational Requirements:
BA/BS degree w/6 years experience
MA/MS degree w/4 years experience
PhD degree w/2 years experience
Helicopter fixed base and remote operations leadership and management experience under civil regulatory compliance.
Military helicopter operations experience
Verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills in a multi-discipline operation
Skilled management principles and applications
Earned Value Management proficiency
Quality Management Systems
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

This includes taking all steps necessary to foster open communications and to support UTC( 9s compliance, business practices, DIALOG, and Ombudsman programs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
