As a Procurement Category Manager ITO/BPO you will work with the team to identify, develop and manage strategic outsourcing business relationships. This helps our customers to identify strategic sourcing opportunities and requirements that generate savings. The Job
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify strategic sourcing opportunities and requirements.
Provide insight and recommendations relative to supplier risk management and prevention.
Develop and implement best practice business alliance and strategic sourcing processes. Be a thought leader and solution provider.
Identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing and supplier value and work collaboratively with business partners and team members to prioritize and drive implementation .

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology or equivalent work experience
Must have experience in developing and managing external business relationships through the entire sourcing cycle
Financial analysis skills needed include; total cost of ownership analysis, business modeling, supplier financial statement analysis, and interpretation of lease versus buy analysis
3-5 years experience in Strategic Sourcing of ITO/BPO services both domestic and international. Experience must include supplier value management, contract management, process improvement, change management and experience in developing long term multi-million dollar contracts
Candidate requires proven leadership, project management skills, business relationship skills, ability to plan short and long term, and be client focused and value driven
