It is the primary responsibility of the Front Office Manager to oversee all aspects of the Front Office and staff, in order to ensure quality guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Front Office Manager must ensure smooth operation of the Front Desk and all of its operations. He or she is responsible for staying within budgetary guidelines, following guidelines as specified in S.O.P.'s and training employees within those guidelines.
Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, perform light work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, the ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range, the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, must be able to stand and/or walk for lengthy periods of time without leaning. Must be able to multi task, must possess excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
