Summary:
The Americas North American Logistics Operations Analyst position is comprised of the following
Responsibilities:
Develop, enable, support and execute North American projects within logistics that drive systems and process best practices
Accountable to deliver cost savings, customer service, carbon reduction, and external collaboration activities across the Americas
Lead continuous improvement projects through the application of harmonized business processes
Lead efforts that optimize current and future strategy and ways of working for Transportation and Warehousing
Interface with local operations and service partners and manage relationships with third party providers
Provide critical analysis that shapes and supports the North American logistics strategy
Lead internal and external operational benchmarking activities across the Americas and globally
To understand the strategic interdependencies and linkages with other North American and Global Supply Chain processes and systems
Key
Responsibilities:
Logistics cost reduction through network optimization of inbound, primary, and secondary transportation. Lead North American operational process design and implementation.
Execution of logistics systems pilots and implementation support across North America
Participate in and provide detailed analysis for W&T; improvement projects including Cost to Serve, Network Design, Operational Benchmarking and Capacity Optimization
Monitor performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and lead implementation of process improvements that will enable our business to provide better Customer Service while lowering our cost structure
Customer service improvement through warehouse and transportation loss reduction using TPM tools and methodology
Carbon reduction through development of route optimization, lane matching, closed loops and external collaboration activities
North American inbound network strategy, optimization of existing collect freight, cost decoupling initiatives for supplier pre-paid freight and systems capabilities development for improved reporting & visibility.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required
MBA Degree a plus
Ability to travel 25% of the time.
3-5 years of work experience with a clear competence in Logistics and Supply Chain. Strong understanding of order to cash processes, deployment, warehousing and transportation.
Strong commutation skills is a must

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
