Impact
Business Support System Analysts are the key liaisons between sales and marketing teams in the business unit and the central support team. They are the first level of support for the business and should understand the functionality of the system, how the business uses the system, and data governance for objects used. They are also responsible for ensuring the data quality for the business unit and geography they support.
The Job

Provide first line of support to business by managing application and data cases and perform all user administration tasks - new users, territory movement, etc.


Work with business to prioritize and understand Ideas (enhancements) and work with the team to request additional information or clarify requirements.


Work with business enhancement and regression testers to understand expected outcomes and functionality of existing processes and new enhancements.


Understand the sales and marketing processes and functionality of all objects used by the business and what the workflows, validations and triggers on those objects do (functionality, not the technical development).


Validate Accounts for the business by using the data administration tools to de-dupe, apply DUNS information, ensure BU specific fields are populated where required and populate link to Enterprise Account if necessary.


Participate in the global data governance meetings to provide feedback on global data changes and enforce the GSFA standards for data quality.


Understand salesforce analytics and assist with creating reports and dashboards for the business. Understand the functionality of C9 and assist business with running reports.


Communicate effectively with end users, sales and marketing management, global sales operations, tech central and vendors when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or computer related field or equivalent work experience.


At least 3 years experience working with a CRM system. Salesforce experience or SFDC Certified Administrator ADM 201 preferred.


Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Ability to communicate effective using appropriate language for sales, marketing, management, and developers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
