The Tools Support Specialist is a newly created position in the Annuities Business Intelligence department and is a critical component of the team's long term success. The primary responsibility of this role is to support business users of Prudential Annuities' CRM applications and act as the primary point of contact for end user support. Reporting to the Director of Data Integrity & Sales Tools, the successful candidate will join a team that works in a fast paced environment, often working under tight deadlines. The incumbent will often respond to ad hoc requests, engage partners to clarify needs on various tools, and manage priorities, projects, and deadlines accordingly. A successful candidate will exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact with customers at all levels.
This person will need to have deep knowledge of data elements, validation rules, workflows, fields and relationships. This individual will also support the Sales Portal and must have HTML experience in order to effectively maintain this tool, support content owners' needs, and assist the Manager of Digital Tools in new opportunities and system enhancements.
Given the importance data integrity, CRM, and content management is to our sales process, an ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in working independently to solve problems, act with a sense of urgency, and take initiative to help solve challenges and instigate new opportunities for process improvement. Success in this role will be measured by timeliness and quality of tools support, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities Include:
Acts as system owner and administrator of the full suite of sales tools and technology provided by Business Intelligence team to the Sales organization
Through partnership with our end clients, leads project teams to enhance existing tools and lead new processes
Provides business requirements to IT for tool development
Maintains tool hierarchy, documentation and tool development plans
Manage day to day Sales Portal content, updates, and issues
Coordinate Sales Portal 'content owners' content and updates
Performs data uploads and data quality review
BS/BA degree preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Excel - familiar with VLookup, Macros, Pivot Tables and Formatting
Intermediate HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Snagit, SQL preferred
Experience working with vendor management preferred
Knowledge of or any large CRM system administration functionality a plus
Financial Services industry knowledge preferred
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
