HR Recruiting Service Account Manager
is a sales-minded top performer who is responsible for new business development, building and maintaining quality relationships with clients, managing accounts and assignments, and growing existing accounts.
Business Development
Responsibilities:
The

Account Manager is
responsible for further development of existing clients as well as prospecting and selling to new clients
all while following HR Recruiting Service proven sales process.
Responsible for making a high volume of telephone prospecting calls
, following up on warm leads, email marketing, networking, client meetings and client drop offs to generate business.
Meets weekly activity and outcome metrics and goals.
Continuously develops a pipeline of prospective clients.
Attends client meetings to conduct consultative meetings with contacts to introduce permanent placement services, evaluate permanent placement needs and uncover account potential.
Travels to client sites to do drop offs with clients for the purpose of either prospecting or client recognition.
Continually educates oneself on both the permanent placement and the creative industries through industry publications, online research, association events and competitor sites on recruitment best practices, permanent placement industry news and information specific to the core areas in which we do business.
Through marketing efforts with existing contacts, uncovers information regarding the needs of other departments within their company to expand business within current clients.
Identifies new and creative ways to source qualified clients including: contact lists, referrals, database leads, social media, job boards, personal networking, and association websites.
Regularly contacts inactive clients to stay in touch with their changing needs in an effort to reactivate their account.
Qualifies new leads and re-qualifies existing leads by researching companies and setting search agents for niche job boards.
Collaborates with management on strategic and tactical sales initiatives to further identify opportunities in the marketplace.
Negotiates terms of permanent placement contracts, placement fees and bill rates.
Skill markets top talent to perspective and existing clients.
Maintains internal database with daily activities to ensure accuracy.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Account Management
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager represents HR Recruiting Service as an active participant in local networking associations, attending at least one event per month. Introduces HR Recruiting Service and invites clients and prospects to monthly events.
Openly communicates updates and status on all open orders with management team throughout the week and during weekly meetings.
Manages life cycle of each new assignment to include qualifying job requirements, assisting in putting together talented clients with Recruiters by making sure all information has been relayed to Recruiter, weekly quality control calls with the client once candidate(s) are on assignment, assisting with client approval for timesheets and properly closing out each job at the end of the assignment.
Communicates with the client at set checkpoints during the course of the selection, submittal and closing process to ensure placement accuracy.
Provides consultative suggestions to help manage clients' permanent placement needs.
Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with prospects/clients to ensure both timely identification of new business opportunities and provide best-in-class service.
Responds to client requests in a timely and frequent manner.
Performs regular quality control checks with clients to ensure our value of Service Excellence is being met.
Ensures our service score and response rates targets are high and met with the client.
Understands that performance is based on internal matrix consisting of personal margin dollars, number of new solicited clients, average number of clients with open orders.
Skill markets top talent to prospective and existing clients.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Recruiting
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will partner with the recruiting team to drive results.
Communicates with Recruiter Director/Recruiter regarding specific permanent placement needs to fill open orders.
Understands the recruiting process, including applicant screening, job placement, HR Recruiting Service's proprietary testing and portfolio reviews.
If necessary will during selection and/or interview will discuss potential candidates to ensure company matches.
Continually gains candidate referrals to pass along to recruiters while marketing to clients and prospects.
Documents all client updates in internal database and communicates updates to Recruiting Director & Recruiter by email.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

MUST
be a

role.
MUST
posses experience and knowledge of sales prospecting via telephone
Interest and experience working in the permanent placement and/or creative industries a

.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
Must thrive in a fast pace, metrics based and deadline driven environment.
Must be comfortable and have experience in a metrics driven environment.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or related working experience. Valid Driver's License
